Faced with the need to change, CSM guides organizations in the development of a clear and comprehensive cultural change plan.
This blueprint provides a detailed description of clear behaviorally-based objectives related to relevant structure, process, and outcome variables. A critical step to successfully implementing a new culture is effectively securing consensus and “buy in” from all invested parties. To achieve these results, CSM’s methodology hinges on the implementation of a comprehensive training and communication plan.
Specific training programs, as well as “train the trainer” programs with selected key staff will help to lead the cultural change initiative. In addition to facilitating training, CSM will actively monitor the impact of these efforts and provide the support necessary to ensure follow through and successful completion of all objectives. If and when specific issues and deficiencies are identified, CSM will infuse necessary consulting resources including “Just in Time” training to enhance essential management skills to keep the project moving forward and on time.
Equally important throughout the change process is the need to effectively communicate and keep everyone informed. Through the implementation of team and unit meetings and a range of print and electronic mediums, CSM will facilitate the accurate, comprehensive and timely exchange of information throughout the organization. Regular and thorough evaluation of the extent to which these measures are being met will be provided and used to adjust the system accordingly.
