• Reviewed and analyzed past regulatory documents/reports (including CMS, Joint Commission, Department of Health, etc.) 
• Reviewed action plans or corrective action management structure/process used to track progress on the Plan of Correction
• Evaluated the APH Table of Organization in relationship to personnel resources available to achieve regulatory compliance
• Worked closely with DHS/DMHAS Leadership to review status and future direction of remediation process; established project leadership structure to ensure on-going compliance
