CSM and members of its core management team have extensive experience managing the full continuum of grant and similarly funded programs from designated screening and mobile outreach to traditional outpatient and residential programs. Related experience in grant management includes:

• Negotiating the use of accrual dollars to support and enhance infrastructure systems and cover the costs associated with management outsourcing
  
• Integrating all grant and hospital operations including finances, human resources, policy and procedures, regulatory compliance, etc.
  
• Successfully utilizing grant funded programming as the foundation for the development and implementation of revenue producing services
